About

Dr. Pejman Bakhtiary is an accomplished ophthalmologist and cornea specialist certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He specializes in advanced corneal transplantation techniques, modern cataract surgery, ocular surface diseases, and comprehensive eye care. Dr. Pejman welcomes all patients, from those needing routine eye care to others who may be dealing with the most complex eye care issues.

He has completed an ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University. He completed his fellowship training in Cornea, External Diseases, and Refractive Surgery at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. Dr. Bakhtiary has a background in academic ophthalmology, has been an active participant in industry research initiatives,  and he has authored dozens of peer-reviewed articles and made presentations in national and international ophthalmology meetings.
